What is the Economy Like?

Like much of the Tri-City area, a large contributing factor to the local economy is the wine industry, however, in addition to this, the city of Kennewick has several additional large employers including the Kennewick District School Board.

Hanford Commute Times

Inspiration estates is a great community with fantastic views. The commute times for the Hanford Site are not too bad. If you take I-84 past Canyon Lakes, Ridge at Reata West, and down into Richland, you will save a significant amount of time over the 395 route through the heart of Kennewick and along the river, paralleling the Sacagawea Heritage Trail. Using the I-84 route, your commute will be around 40-45 minutes to the Hanford gate, using 395, you can add about 20 minutes.
