The community of Crested Hills is located in the southern part of the city of Richland. The real estate in Crested Hills is made of primarily of large family homes. These houses vary in style, many falling in the categories of split or single level family home, and traditional two-story family house. Although the styles of these houses vary, many come with multi-car garages, high ceilings, and modern fixtures. Generally, houses in this area sell for anywhere between $200,000 and $500,000.

What are the Schools Like?

The city of Richland has become known for the excellent academic opportunities that it offers the students within the district. The Richland School District is home to more than five elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools, as well as a campus of Washington State University.

The economy in the city of Richland is fairly strong, with much of the credit going to the strong wine industry in the Tri-Cities area and the Hanford site. Hanford Commute Time

If you work at Hanford, Crested Hills is a fantastic place to live! The commute time is just a bit longer than North Richland and South Richland. On an average day it takes roughly 30-35 minutes to reach the Hanford Gate.
